pk ls1 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Eligibility to Use pk ls1

To register and use the pk ls1 platform you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are not registering on behalf of a minor or any other person. pk ls1 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend access to the platform until verification is complete.

You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of the pk ls1 platform for commercial purposes, including operating an agent service or accepting bets on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold one pk ls1 account only. You may not register a second account if you already hold an active account, or if a previous account was closed by pk ls1 for a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk ls1 will merge or close the additional account and may void any bonus balances held across the duplicate accounts.

When registering you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

• Your registered mobile number must be active and in your own name — it is used as the primary contact for your pk ls1 account.
• Sharing account credentials with another person, or using another person's account, is not permitted under any circumstances.
• pk ls1 may request additional verification documents including CNIC copies, utility bills or payment method confirmation at any time.
• Accounts that cannot be verified within the required timeframe may be suspended until verification is completed.

3 Deposits

All deposits on pk ls1 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for most players, though pk ls1 reserves the right to apply limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or verification status.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly upon confirmation in your mobile wallet app. Raast and bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes of receipt. If a deposit does not appear in your pk ls1 wallet within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified payment source may be held pending verification.
• pk ls1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned to the original deposit method upon account closure.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pk ls1 are processed within one to two hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 300.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. If your deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, you will be asked to provide an alternative method in your own name.

• You must complete any applicable bonus wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal request that includes bonus-derived funds.
• pk ls1 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own name will not be processed and will be returned to your pk ls1 wallet.
• pk ls1 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during maintenance windows or national bank holidays may experience additional delays.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pk ls1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL and T20 international series. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that supplement these general terms.

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be staked before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and converted to real money balance only upon completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Free spins winnings are typically credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement — check the specific promotion terms for details.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in the additional bonus being voided.
• pk ls1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Bonuses obtained through misuse of the promotion system, including use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the player account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal of a real money deposit before completing associated bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The pk ls1 sportsbook covers cricket, football, Esports and other sporting events. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time your bet slip is submitted — if this happens, the platform will notify you of the new odds before confirming your bet.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk ls1:

• Match abandonment: If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned before the minimum overs or time required for a result to stand under the relevant governing body's rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Void markets: Individual betting markets may be voided in circumstances including player withdrawal before the event, score correction after the event, or technical errors in the odds. Voided bets are returned to your pk ls1 wallet as real money.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. pk ls1 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Maximum winnings: pk ls1 applies per-event maximum payout limits. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings that exceed the stated limit will be paid at the maximum limit rather than the calculated payout.
• Ante-post bets: Bets placed before a tournament or series begins — such as PSL winner markets — are subject to their own terms. Rule 4 deductions may apply if a selection is withdrawn before the event starts.
• Error in odds: pk ls1 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. This will only be done in clear cases of pricing errors and not simply because a result was unexpected.

7 Slots and Fish Games

All slot games and fish games available on pk ls1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Game outcomes are independent — previous results do not influence future results on any slot or fish game title. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

• If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection or technical error, the round will be completed automatically on the server and the result will be recorded. You can view the outcome in your game history.
• Bets placed during a documented game error or platform malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at pk ls1's discretion.
• Fish game table stakes vary by table — check the table information before joining to confirm the minimum and maximum stake per shot that applies.
• Attempting to use third-party software, scripts or bots to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

8 Player Conduct

All players on pk ls1 are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and honest manner. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language toward pk ls1 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to defraud pk ls1 or other players through any means, including collusion, match-fixing intelligence or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud or financing of prohibited activities.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge or consent.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Reselling, transferring or otherwise commercialising your pk ls1 account or its balance.

pk ls1 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where conduct on the platform raises concerns relating to financial crime or other serious offences. Account funds may be held pending investigation in such circumstances.

9 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk ls1 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including pk ls1 staff — our support team will never ask for your password. • Use a strong, unique password for your pk ls1 account and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication if you have access to this feature in your account settings.
• Log out of your account on shared devices and do not save your credentials in a shared browser.
• Any activity that occurs on your account before you report an unauthorised access is treated as having been carried out by the account holder unless proven otherwise.

10 Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk ls1 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable processing. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

pk ls1 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of closure due to a breach, any balance derived from the breach may be voided.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk ls1 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. Gaming should always be an entertaining activity within a budget you are comfortable losing. We strongly encourage all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

13 Changes to These Terms

pk ls1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the pk ls1 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified real money balance.
